Frequently asked questions

IS endure for me?

1

If you’re willing to work, you’ll fit right in.

Our sessions are designed to challenge everyone from experienced lifters to those just getting started. Everything we do is coach-led and scalable, so you’ll always have a clear path forward.

With consistency, you’ll start to notice real-world carryover—more energy, better movement, increased strength, and the ability to handle everyday tasks with ease. This isn’t random fitness. It’s training with a purpose.

How should I prepare for a session?

2

Keep it simple.

Wear comfortable training shoes and athletic clothing. Bring a water bottle we’ve got a refill station ready for you. We also provide free Towel service.

Most importantly, show up ready to learn, work, and be coached - Every session is an opportunity to improve.

What are sessions like?

3

Everything we do follows a structured, progressive system—so you’re not just working hard, you’re actually getting better.

Endure 60 (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat)
Our flagship session. A full-body, 60-minute training experience built across three stations:

  • Floor & Core

  • Racks (strength work)

  • Conditioning (treadmills/bikes)

These sessions are higher paced and designed to build strength, conditioning, and overall work capacity.

Endure Strength (Tues, Thurs, Sun)
A more controlled, strength-focused session built around:

  • Floor & Core

  • Racks

Slower pace, more intention. This is where we focus on building muscle, improving movement quality, and developing real strength.

Both formats work together as part of a bigger system to develop the most well-rounded programming.

If a session is full, join the waitlist—spots open up often, and you’ll be notified if you get in.

Keep in mind: there’s a late cancellation window (6 hours prior), so be intentional with your bookings.
